2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your profile information current.
- You are responsible for securing your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must notify AxisVTU immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Service Scope
AxisVTU provides digital transaction services including, but not limited to, data, airtime, utility, and related wallet services.
- Service availability depends on third-party providers and network uptime.
- Displayed prices and charges may change when provider costs or regulatory obligations change.
4. Payments, Wallet, and Charges
- Wallet funding is required for purchases unless another payment method is explicitly provided.
- Transaction confirmation is based on successful provider/API response and internal verification checks.
- Applicable service charges, margins, or provider fees are shown in-app and may be updated from time to time.
5. Prohibited Use
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful transactions are strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to compromise platform integrity, bypass controls, or abuse APIs is prohibited.
- Using stolen payment instruments or impersonating another person is prohibited.
6. Suspension and Termination
AxisVTU may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or compliance controls. Where appropriate, we may request additional verification before restoring access.
7. Limitation of Liability
AxisVTU is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party outages, telecom/provider failures, user credential compromise, or events beyond reasonable control, except where required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of AxisVTU after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
