Completed transactions marked as successful and delivered by providers are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a verified processing error is confirmed.
2. Failed or Reversed Purchases
- Where a purchase fails at provider level, AxisVTU may auto-reverse the debit to your wallet.
- If auto-reversal does not happen, contact support with transaction reference for manual review.
3. Wallet Funding Disputes
- If your bank/account was debited but wallet was not credited, provide payment reference for investigation.
- Processing timelines may depend on payment gateway and bank resolution windows.
- Gateway processing fees charged by third parties may be non-refundable.
4. Duplicate Charges
Confirmed duplicate charges for the same request may be reversed after verification. Investigation requires valid references and matching timestamps.
5. Dispute Process
- Submit complaint with reference, amount, service type, and time of transaction.
- Initial response target: within 24 hours for business days.
- Final resolution depends on provider/gateway response cycles.
6. Chargebacks and Abuse
Fraudulent refund claims, payment abuse, or unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension and further compliance review.
